Purpose of Wall Putty Powder :

The standard procedure of painting a freshly plastered surface begins with a coat or 2 of Wall Putty Powder followed by priming and then paint application. While repainting a surface, depending on the condition of the wall, putty touches up as required would suffice. But for desired painting results, surface preparation is the key. Hence, putty and primer are as important as top coat paint.
